One time, my car's engine had cut out and he was able to identify the problem over the phone, just by listening. Dave is a generous man who went out of his way, away from his work,and in his own time. to inspect my vehicle which had broken down about 10 minutes away. He's always more than happy to help, even out of hours, and has pulled my partner and I out of quite a few frustrating situations!
